I'm currently working on a project that will include a total of 10 homes that will address the AB32 law. I have 4 slots left open and would like to see if anyone is looking to build a new home. Our goal is for each home to cost under $350,000 and encompass green and sustainable materials. We would like to start building in late July/early August but need all 12 slots accounted for before we can move forward with the project. I have all of the plans and lots available to discuss.
